What Is The Deadline For Employers To Revise Or Update I-9 Documents?
2022 I 9 Printable Form Free – Employers are required to reverify an employee’s documentation only when the employee’s employment authorization document (EAD) or the receipt has expired. Reverification should occur not later than the expiration date of the work authorization. If the employer is not able to renew the authorization, then the worker’s job may end.
