Are Employers Legally Required To Revise Or Update I-9 Documents?

Form I9 2022 Fillable – Employers should reverify documentation for employees when employees’ employment authorization (EAD) or receipt expires. Reverification must be done prior to the expiration date of the authorization to work. If the employer isn’t able to update the work authorization, the worker’s job may not continue.
