What Is The Deadline For Employers To Reverify And Amend I-9 Documents?
I 9 Fillable Version 2022 – Employers must revise an employee’s documentation only when the employee’s employment authorization document (EAD) or receipt has expired. Revisions must be made no later than the date of expiration for the authorization to work. Employees could be fired if the employer does not reverify the authorization.
