What Is The Deadline For Employers To Revise Or Update I-9 Documents?

I 9 Form 2022 – Employers are required to update an employee’s paperwork only when the employee’s employment authorization document (EAD) or receipt is expired. The reverification process must be completed not later than the date of expiration for the authorization to work. The worker could lose their job if their employer fails to renew the authorization.
