What Is The Deadline For Employers To Revise And Amend I-9 Documents?

I9 Form 2022 Printable – Employers are required to reverify the employee’s documentation after the employees’ employment authorization (EAD) or receipt is due to expire. Reverification should take place at least one year prior to the expiration date of the work authorization.
