What Is The Deadline For Employers To Revise And Correct I-9 Documents?
IRS Form I-9 – Employers are required to update the documentation of employees only when the employee’s employment authorization documentation (EAD) or receipt is expired. Reverification should take place not later than the date of expiration of the authorization. Employees could lose their job if their employer fails to update the authorization.
